Saas stands for “Software as a service”. Customers can rent services and access them via the Internet. Saas apps are for example: Office 365, WordPress, and many more.
With SaaS, programs are made available as required – mostly directly to the end user. They are usually used via the Internet or a web browser. With SaaS, users can usually save license fees and also do not have to pay for installation and administration.
