Make PDF fillable – this is how it works

To create a fillable PDF form, go to “Tools” > “Prepare form” in Acrobat.

Then select the desired file.

The program now automatically adds form fields to the file. You can add further fields and make adjustments using the toolbar.
It is then important that you save the document with “Activate additional tools”.

Now you can describe writable PDFs or, if necessary, forward them to people who should describe them.
