Quit an app on the Mac immediately

If an application on your Mac can no longer be closed and no longer responds, “Exit immediately” will help.

Click on “Apple” in the top left menu.” ().

Then select the “Exit immediately” option.

Then select the program that is no longer responding and click on “Exit immediately”.
