PowerApps: Check whether Edit-Mode or New-Mode is active

The following command can be used to check the mode of a new form or a form in edit mode.

For example, our hours app. The current date is entered when creating and is not overwritten when editing!

If(EditForm1_1.Mode=Edit;Parent.Default;Now())
