If you’re having trouble with your Microsoft Teams client, clearing the cache may help.

1.Right-click the MS Teams icon in the Dock for a few seconds. Select the Exit command in the context menu to close MS Teams completely.

2. In Finder, click Go > Go to Folder…

3. Paste the following path into the input field and click Open.
~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft

4. Delete the Teams folder by dragging it to the trash can.

5. Open Spotlight Search by clicking the magnifying glass in Finder. Type keychain access in the search box.

6. In Keychain Access, search for Microsoft Teams.
Right-click the Microsoft Teams Identity Cache entry and select

Clear Microsoft Teams Identities Cache.

7. Confirm the query by clicking on Delete.

  1. Then restart Microsoft Teams.
    You should now be prompted to sign back into Teams.
