Deactivate MFA or 2FA in Microsoft 365

To switch off the multifactor query in your tenant, proceed as follows:

1. Login to the admin portal: Microsoft 365 admin center – Start
2. Switch to the Azure Portal: https://aad.portal.azure.com/
3. Switch to the Azure Active Directory Azure AD is a cloud-based identity management solution. 4. Select Properties –> Manage security standards –> Enable security standards (NO)
