Add shared mailbox to Outlook for Mac

If you want to add a shared mailbox on your Mac, you can do the following:

  1. Click Outlook at the top, then click Settings, then Accounts
  2. Choose your account, then click Proxy and Sharing
  3. Select the tab: “Shared with me”
  4. Find and add the mailbox shared with you
