What bandwidth (network speed) do I need for Microsoft Teams?

What internet speed do I need in my home office to be able to fully use Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft has published bandwidth requirements for this(source) :

Bandwidth (upload/download)Scenarios
30 kbit/sPeer-to-peer audio calls
130 kbit/sPeer-to-peer audio calls and screen sharing
500 kbit/sPeer-to-peer quality video calls (360 pixels at 30 fps)
1.2 MBit/sPeer-to-peer video calls in HD quality with a resolution of 720 pixels at 30 fps
1.5 MBit/sPeer-to-peer video calls in HD quality with a resolution of 1080 pixels at 30 fps
500 Kbit/s or 1 Mbit/sGroup video calls
1 or 2 MBit/sGroup video calls in HD quality (540 pixel videos on 1080 pixel screen)

Conclusion

Microsoft Teams adapts the media quality to your connection speed. For optimal use, 2 MBit/sdownload and upload speed should be available!
